Cleaning Maintenance Group LLC is run by Fredrick Gartrell, and it cleans two kinds of space: homes and workplaces. That is deliberately the whole list. It means the person who quotes your job is the person who knows what the job actually takes — and the person you can call if something is not right.
Most of the residential work is routine: the same rooms, the same list, every week or every other week, until the house simply stops being something you have to think about. The rest is the bigger occasions — a deep clean at the turn of a season, an empty house before new keys, a room full of renovation dust that needs to be gone before the furniture comes back.
On the commercial side we clean offices, suites, studios and small retail. Schedules are built around your hours, so the cleaning happens on either side of your day rather than in the middle of it.

What a good clean actually means
Anyone can make a room look tidy in twenty minutes. The difference shows up in the parts nobody photographs: the baseboards, the handle on the refrigerator, the grout line, the corner of the shower. That is the work, and it is the reason a routine is worth having.
The standard is the same on a quiet Tuesday as it is on the day you move in.
