In detail
What each of those prices actually covers, line by line.
What moves the number.
Three things, and none of them are a surprise. Tell us about the space and we will tell you which of these applies before you commit to anything.
- The size
- Square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices and suites. A one-bedroom apartment and a four-bedroom house are not the same job.
- The condition
- A home kept up every other week takes less than one nobody has touched in a year. The deep clean is where that catches up.
- The schedule
- A standing visit costs less each time than a one-off, because the space never gets ahead of us. Weekly, every other week, or monthly.
Always included
- Our own supplies and equipment
- Kitchen, bathrooms and floors
- Dusting, glass and touchpoints
- The price agreed before we start

One short form is enough. Every request comes straight to Fredrick Gartrell, and you get a call or a text back with a real number — usually the same day.
